If I have say 3 contact forms for 3 different departments on our website, or say one is for general comments, another is for Sales Info. and another for technical info, can I have each one of the forms be emailed or directed to a specific email address?

Thanks for asking. Yes, you can do that. As a matter of fact, using the conditional logic tool in your form builder, those three forms can be combined into one where the email address receiving a submission would be determined by the choice made in a dropdown by the user. Later, I'll show you how that can be done, if you're interested in having such a setup.
However, to address your specific situation, just enter a different email address in the Recipient E-mail field of each form. Load the first form in the form builder > Setup & Embed tab > Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To & Recipient Setings > Recipient Email > Finish > Save the form. Then follow the same procedure for the other forms.
If you need clarification, please feel free to ask.
