    I have an account set up, could not remember password; however, when I use the "forgot password" feature, I continue to get the "email not found" error.


    The email address that I thought I used is "jriggs@servicenet.com".  There are only two others that I could have used: jriggs@sndirect.com or mywowfitness@gmail.com


    The account did not pull up when I tried any of these options.


    Please let me know if you can help me to access the account that has already been established.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Out of the three email addresses that you provided, only jriggs@servicenet.com returned with a match in our member database. There are no forms associated with the account and it appears to be a guest account. Guest accounts are not considered subscribers hence your email address was not recognized when you used the Forgot Password feature. Please go to http://www.jotform.com/page.php?p=signup and sign up for a free account.
