I put an email as a test for one of the forms and now i want to change to the actual one that will be in use please let me know how I can change this.

You can either delete that email and start again, or try editing it. Starting again will be easier since you will automatically have any new fields that you might have added. But if you want to edit the existing email, just open
1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Email Alerts"
3. Select Notification
and then edit it as you see fit.
