I created form and when the client completes and submits it, then tries to print it, it is not complete. See form at https://form.jotform.com/211727858488270

There are a few sections of the form that are quite lengthy. The form includes a waiver and consent. I need to be certain that the client has a copy of what they have consented to. The way the form prints out, the waiver and other portions of the form, do not print out.

    Please help.

    Thank you,

    Sarah Bellenie

    Hello Sarah,

I checked the print version of your PDF forms and couldn't find any issues with it. Can you please share the screenshot of the part which is not showing in the print version?

Please follow this guide to share the screenshot as email attachments are not supported on our forum: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum.

    Waiting for your response.

Please see the attached. Because the clients accept serious terms and conditions, it is necessary for them to have a printed version of the terms and conditions that they have accepted. You will note on the form that is prepared, there is approx three paragraphs at the end of the form that they accept. Please advise if this can be corrected. Please also direct us to information regarding the number of submissions and the cost when they are exceeded. Also, is there a way to just print a blank form out and it look like it does when we view on the computer. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

You can edit your email notification template to include the terms and conditions if you'd like it to show up in the body of the email: How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications and Autoresponders.

When I click on the Terms and Conditions link on your form, takes me to a blank webpage: are these the Terms & Conditions that your respondents are agreeing to?

When I created a New PDF in the PDF Editor, I was able to see these without issue. You could do this, and then have the PDF attached to the confirmation email that the respondent gets after filling out the form.

Would this be what you're looking for? Alternatively, you can add the text for the Terms & Conditions to the email body itself by following the steps in the guide linked above.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if we can assist further.
