My form cannot be previewed or viewed and I receive this error:
timeout: fork system call failed: Cannot allocate memory
This seems to be due to a cache error and has been a recurring issue on this forum:
Questions:
- Can you fix? Is there any way to fix from the user end so we do not need to wait for assistance?
- What causes this, and is there anything I need to do differently to prevent it from happening again?

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
I have now cleared your form cache and can now see your form properly.
Do let us know if you need any other assistance.

It is concerning that our form suddenly became unavailable for hours and I would appreciate some more explanation as to why this happens and what we can do to fix more quickly or prevent it in future.
- To Fix: You indicated that you "cleared a form cache". There is a "clear cache" option under settings, but it did not seem to help. Is there a different form cache? Should using this option have worked?
- To Prevent: Is this error due (or correlated) to the number of questions, the complexity of the form, or the number of form-views? For reference, this form was not yet live and the error appeared immediately after I added an "input table" form element. Is this possibly related?

Hi there, 👋
Thanks for your reply.
- Is there a different form cache? Should using this option have worked?
Yes, this should be the same cache clearing option. Please, contact us if the issue will bother you in the future, and clearing the cache option not helping on your side.
- Is this error due (or correlated) to the number of questions, the complexity of the form, or the number of form-views?
I am not sure that this error can be related to the number of questions or complexity. Unfortunately, our Support team doesn't have the special tools and experience to investigate backend errors.
Seems the issue resolved now, kindly, do not hesitate to contact us if the issue will bother you again.
Cheers,
Alex
