My Forms View SuggestionsAsked by wegoshop on January 15, 2014 at 05:48 PM
I would suggest having a Move option under the More label that is on the right of each individual form label, just like the old MyForms.
It took awhile to figure out that I could mark them and then click Folders at the top and move them. I would suggest that the Folders tab, at the top, when opened, would show the hierarchy order of my folders as they are listed on the left under My Forms. I use to have folders that were named the same as others but were easy to recognize because of the hierarchy order. Now I had to change the names of my folders just so I could distinguish them from one another in the Folders tab at the top.
I discovered that I can drag and drop to the forms to a folder under My Forms on the left. The problem with this though is that the My Folders on the left, does not float when scrolling through the forms. So there is another suggestion, make the My Forms on the left float when scrolling through the forms.
I would also suggest that an option to sort by Folder Name with the hierarchy of sub-folders intact be added to the Sort tab. This way we can see them just like we could on the old MyForms version.
I have forwarded your My Forms suggestions to our higher team support.
I cannot give you any assurance if these suggestions will materialize and if when.
BUT in any case, you will be notified via this thread and in your e-mail once our development team have updates about this.
