How much grace period is there after response limit is reached?

    Hello,

I have a survey I'm emailing out tomorrow morning. I am not anticipating a big response (more than 100), but I also wouldn't want to be caught with more than that and then the form be disabled before I can move to a paid plan? Is there any grace period at all or as soon as the limit is reached, the form is disabled? Thank you.

    Sydney

    Greetings Sydney,

As you start reaching your limit you'll start receiving warnings in your account. Whenever an account limit such as the Monthly Submissions limit is reached, the forms will not allow submissions, and an error message will show up.

The forms will not be available until the counter resets on the first day of the following month, or you upgrade to a higher plan.

Please check this guide to learn more about the account usage and limits: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
