I would like my text boxes to be included in the email notifications and PDF submission on my forms. Is this possible?

I am testing this form now and need legal text included in the notifications.

    Hi,

You can customize the Notification E-mail message to add your own texts and add a link to PDF file.

Please refer to the screen below.

You can add a link to your PDF file using the insert Link tool (this is found in the e-mail editor tools).

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

I understand the idea but I am unable to hit upon the correct code that would insert a text box onto the notification i.e. {Text} or {input13}.  Is there anywhere that I can find the code that the system will recognize and insert?

I do not think that we have any {tags} to show the text data. You have correctly added the text information into email templates.

However, we can show mentioned text on the submission PDF files. To do this, you will need to enable a 'Show Headers and Texts' option though preferences on a form Submissions page:

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
