I'm getting the following error when trying to update an email address

    I'm getting the following error when trying to update an email address on one of my conditions...

    "Users on a free plan can add a maximum of three conditional emails. Please upgrade your account to add more conditional emails."

    How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that there is a limit of 3 conditional emails for accounts on a Starter plan.

    You may upgrade your account so you can create more conditional emails on your forms.

    But what does conditional emails mean? Can only send to 3 email addresses
    or can only have 3 "If Blocks" to decide which email address to use?

    It means 3 different emails. You can have few blocks with the same emails, but if there are 3 blocks with 3 different emails, you will be blocked.

    On your pricing page it does not mention a Conditional Email count for the different levels. What are the max number of Conditional Emails for each of the upgrade packages?

    Paid accounts (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) don't have the Conditional Email limit.
