Do you have a form template that has a e-signature that is secure and protected?

Templates are user generated & shared. They can be found here: Form Templates
And are also all unsecure by default.
On the other hand, the process to add a E-Signature to a form and to use the form in secure (SSL) is a very simple process.
In this example I will perform both functionalities on a new Form:
Open the Widgets category on the left toolbar of the Form Builder. Type "E-Signature" on the search box. It will result with the E-Signature on the list. Drag the Widget into the form.
All forms can be used in an unsecure or secured manner. It all depends from which URL or (Internet Address) the Form is served from.
What we will do next is enable or list the form's Secure URL (Internet Address):
First go to the Setup & Embed Category on the Top Tool bar of the Form Editor.
Click on the Embed Form icon.
On the Embed Form Wizard insert a check on the Secure Form field.
The text box on the left hand side will have the secure Form URL. Copy it and use this URL as the address to access your Secure Form.
In this case my example form
has the Secure URL: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40150975604957
Kindly access my example form. You are welcome to clone it if needed.
