My Team mate - Premiershield Controlroom not able to access the form entries

My Team mate - Premiershield Controlroom not able to access the form entries, he is getting the 404 error since 12th june 2021 , day before yesterday i had a live chat with person name sam , he was not able to solve the issue hence he forwarded our problem to the back-end team and said they will connect with us but we are still awaiting for any response, this to bring to your notice that with each passing day we are backlogging so much of work

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. The form URL that you have shared seems to work as expected. Have you shared your form's table with any other user who is not able to access it?

The screenshot that you have to share shows part of the URL, and it appears to be incorrect. It shows some edit URL ad some IP address. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please share the URL which you are trying to access ad shows error message, and we will take a look.
