    Error after submitting the form

    Hi   I am  not getting any  email notification and also no data  filled in google spreadsheet  since last 3  days .. what is happening guys .. its not gonna work this way I think I have to get rid of your jot form  so many  problems.  I alreday asked this question  two days back  i thought it was only for one form  but  now  when I checked the submission form the account  then I  realized  my all forms having the same problem.

    Hello,

    I checked all the form in question and found out that each of the notification doesn't have a Sender Name and some of it don't have a Sender Email. Note that without the complete settings, the notification email will stop from working. One more thing I noticed is that, you have multiple recipient email from the settings but you forget to put space after the comma. You have to do it this way, per our instructions: Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients.

    Anyway, I've fixed this for you. Kindly monitor the form and update us here if still, same issue would occur.

    For the spreadsheet issue, kindly open a new thread about that: Contact JotForm Support. We prefer that each question should be handled on a separate thread so the team would know it without having to check the entire messages.

    Hay still  its  not working   I am not  getting any notification ..  and  data is not  comming  to the spreadsheet    I already  raised  this question   in other  thread one of your  support guy said  that  your integration  is not working  here is the thread url

    and  when i click on preview  and then submit the form it gives  me error  then how can you say its working   see the image  why don't you understand its very important for me i have  some other integration with jot form  so  if your jot form is not wrking then how can  my other  process will work.

    Not receiving the Email Notification versus the Spreadsheet Information Missing Data are entirely two separate ordeals and are not affected by each other even though they are running alongside each other within our platform. I can see what you are referring to regarding the other issue in the other thread with which our other supporter replied to you about. He's since opened a ticket about that one but you'll have to wait until our Developer responds back to you telling you it's been fixed so we'll need a little further patience on that aspect please.

    As for this current issue here in the thread about your Email Notifications not being received you should actually still receive the notification regardless so long as you've physically received the submission into your form where it could be viewed in your Submissions Viewer. So that is the oAuth Problem is completely unrelated to your notification problem.

    You can easily check your Email Status with the Email Addresses in our System by using our Email Checker in your Settings Tab incase you got bounced to remove it. Aside from that it would likely be that your Email Host has flagged us so that could also be a reason for the cause. You will need to ensure that you check your spam folder and if nothing is still there then it would be a good idea to have your Email Host Whitelist our IP's. All of this is mentioned in the Email Guide that my colleague pointed out to you above.

    HI   I checked   my email is not bouncing and notification is also not in spam  I aslo checked my whitelist  every thing is fine  but  one thing i don't understand how  can some of my form is working  because every thing is  same as  the other form except that the  one error on submission  I am attaching the images for better reference...

    in both forms everything  is same except the error message on the form submission  so what is this error and why don't you resolve it.. for  first form  notification is working bcz i am not getting any error  and for the  second one when i click on submit button i am getting an error  i think which is the real cause of  problem .  its a  4th day  for this issue and still its not resolved  so either  you resolved this problem or give my one year  payment back  which i already made to  you.  and please  don't tell me again that clear your  form cache and broweser cookies   because  already done it for 3-4 times .

    Hello,

    Our apologies. I just tested the form and see the error describe on the screenshot given. I am not yet sure which causes the issue but kindly remove both the integration with Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet. After that, submit to the form and see if the error is still there. If you can submit to the form without the error, then probably, the error is caused by both Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet.

    By the way, you can re-stablish the integration after doing the solutions. So far, my test is working fine, and I am not able to replicate the error after integrating both Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet to my form.
