Is there a way to prevent autoresponder emails to not be marked as spam in Outlook?

Hi, I love your product, just got it working and will be deploying it on our site tomorrow.

I noticed that when a customer receives a confirmation email from noreply@jotform.com, it's marked by Outlook as spam. Here's a screenshot from my email inbox:

Is there a way that you can fix this? It's a bit of a buzz kill for customers to get email from us, even if indirectly, marked as spam. Thanks. -jeff

    Hi Jeff,

We are happy to hear that you enjoy using JotForm.

Even though all of our emails that are sent are delivered safely, as our servers send a lot of emails out daily, sometimes the emails get marked as spam. Marking the sender as not spam in your email will help, but as these settings are individual to each account, there is no way to guarantee that the emails will not be marked as spam in your clients' email.

However, if you have your own SMTP account, you can use it instead of our email server to send the emails to prevent the emails from being marked as spam.
Please refer to our guide below:

Hopefully this helps. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you, and we are happy to help!
