Jotform Inbox issue.

    I am having this same issue. How can I get my Inbox to work again? I can access the submissions from the "submissions" tab, but I want to access them from the Inbox. Please advise.

    Could you please provide additional details about your issue? Is the issue related to all your forms or only particular ones?

    Also, are you able to access submission data through the Jotform tables page? Could you please also try to clear your browser caches and check again?

    It is working again. I don't know if it is a coincidence or something that you did. I will respond here if it stops working again. Thank you.

    Still isn't working for me. I tried opening the Inbox and I came back hours later to find it still on the loading animation. I can access the approvals through the table page, however this doesn't mark them read so the icon number keeps going up. I've been approving them mostly on my phone through the app which is not ideal, and that also doesn't mark them as read.

    I clear my browser cookies and cache all the time since I am also having a trouble logging in, which I guess I'll have to make a separate thread for.
