Not connect to my Square Account

    Good Day,


    I created a form and added the payment section to my form. I connected it to my Square account, but I don't see that merchandsie has been sold in Square. Even though I see it in Jot.


    How do I connect them, so I can see the sales in Square?

    To clarify, do you mean you created the products in Square and sold them via JotForm? May we know how?

    As checked, there is no option to import a product from Square to JotForm. You can only do the other way - that is creating the products in JotForm and then the form will send the payment to your Square account.

    Now, if you're referring to this form:  Men's Bible Study, I can see two successful payment submissions here. You can look for the user's name/email on your Square dashboard and check the collected payment there.

    If you have multiple Square accounts, ensure that you are looking at the correct account that's associated with the form.
