Print button fails when slider added to the form

Asked by Scott on June 28, 2011 at 01:49 AM

We have found that when you create a form with a slider, the print button no longer works. The following form displays this issue.

The print button is visible but once you click on print the print and submit buttons disappear.

FormCollapse and PageBreak features does not work with the print option. You should probably not use one of those if you need the form to be printable.

The form only has a slider question type and a text field question type and no FormCollapse or PageBreaks.

    Any ideas?
