PDF & Widget

Hi! My social follow widget is appearing on my actual form "Stressless School & On-Site Retail Training Registration", but is not appearing once emailed on any of the three follow-up e-mails after it's completed. How can I ensure that this social follow widget is on all three follow up emails?

I'm also having an issue where my "Certificate of Completion" email, which used to include an actual email attachment with a certificate made using the custom JotForm PDF editor, is now only including a link to download the PDF instead. How can I get it to return to attaching the file itself rather than a link?

Unfortunately, the widget will not show icons in the email. You can insert the icons in the emails as images and then hyperlink them with your social profile links.

Then select the image and add the link to your social profile.
