Upgrade of Subscription

    We are currently subscribed to Silver, monthly submissions are limited to 10,000 only. How much are we going to add if we upgrade to Gold.

    What will happen if we reached the limit for the month? Will submissions stop? Can we request for extension of limit while we are processing the upgrade?

    Greetings.

    This limit resets on the first day of every month. If you wish to upgrade to the next available plan, you will have 100.000 monthly submissions.

    If you reach your limit, your forms will be disabled, and your users won't be able to submit them. Upgrade takes a few minutes, so, if you decide to upgrade, new limits will become available as soon as the purchase is completed.
