Signature field still coming coming up blank

    I followed the instructions from the previous support request. I deleted the signature field and re-added it, but this did not solve the problem. The email field is still coming up blank in the email containing the form.

    Please advise.

    Hi Anya,

    I cloned your form to test but I was unable to replicate the issue. Does the issue still happen even when a submission is sent directly to your form and not to the embedded one?

    Could you please try to delete your email notification and create a new one?

    Hi there,

    I've remove and re-added the notification and tried submitting the form both through Jotform and through the embedded form on the website.

    All tests are coming up with a blank signature field.

    I give you permission to go into the feline adoption agreement and add your own email to test out the embedded link from our website. Please put test in the "name" field so that staff know to disregard this email.

    We are using this form live, so it's very urgent that this is fixed ASAP.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your follow-up! I just added myself as a recipient for these emails, and was able to see my signature in my submission notifications without issue (see below.)


    Can you please confirm what mail server you are using to view these email so that we can check whether there may be a setting in your email account that may be keeping this image from loading?
