    I am not sure if I am understanding your inquiry correctly. Are you asking if you can give access to individuals based on their position?

    If so, you can adjust the Table privacy settings to only allow company members access to your forms by selecting Company Access in the Share Settings. This will ensure that only those with the same company domain can open the Tables page.
