Branding the publish email

Hello Jotform

I wonder if you can help me. I have 2 questions:

1) When publishing a form via a link sent to an email address: Is there a way I can brand/personalise the Jotform email sent to recipients? + have it sent from my email address?

2) When publishing a form via sharing a direct link through email: If I'm adding customers emails in and publishing a form that way; is it possible to have preset templates?

• Is there a way I can brand/personalise the Jotform email sent to recipients?

Unfortunately, the invitation emails are not editable. We have created a feature request to our developers on your behalf.

We cannot provide an ETA on when this will be implemented, but we will let you know if we receive any updates from them.

For now, you may consider sending custom emails via 3rd party solutions.

You can include the form link or the assign form link in any custom email from the 3rd. party service.

• If I'm adding customers emails in and publishing a form that way; is it possible to have preset templates?

If you want to add a list of emails as a preset. You can create different CSV files with lists of emails.

Then, you can upload a CSV file instead of writing every email every time:
