I had a premium account and was being billed monthly. I do not need it anymore so I downgraded to Starter. I can't see where I can delete my credit card info though. Thanks!
I can confirm with you that it is cancelled on our end. The reason there is no option to delete the information is because with Bluesnap (Plimus) which was used for your Billing does not allow us to remove this as far as I know so I think that is why we do not have an option for it. The only way that I currently know to remove it would be to contact Plimus Customer Support and have them do this for you to purge it from their system.

I do apologize about that. I can verify with you that the above answer you received in response to your thread question is my own. I had gotten logged out of our system before I posted it.
