    Our users are having a hard time filling out their form from their mobile device. Some even have issues with their pc's. Is there something they are doing wrong? Also, is there a way to have a mobile format that the guests can fill out using their smartphones? I look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Our jotform is registered under south beach vacation rentals and the owner's name is Michael.

    Can you please try adding this code in your HTML page, before the  </head> tag.

    <style>
    iframe, iframe#JotFormIFrame { height:550px !important; }
    </style>
    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0" />

    Then add the code below in your form styles (use this guide)

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) {
    iframe,.form-all { height:500px !important; } }

    If this solution does not work, we would like to inspect the webpage where the form might be showing, in order to provide you a better solution
