Payment not going through successfully

    I am from india, making payment with visa card but payment process not accepting it ... do you have any other way of payment ?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you are trying to upgrade your account to one of our paid plan subscriptions.

    You should be able to upgrade your account using your Visa.


    May we know the exact issue you are having, please?

    Also, may we know what error message you are getting if there is any?

    Have you tried using a different browser, device, and/or internet/network connection when you upgrade your account?
