I have not used my account for over a year yet I continue to be charged $10 a month wich is automatically paid for with my credit card. Can I receive credit since I have not used this account for over a year? And how do I ensure I am not charged needlessly in the future?

Ok, upon seeing that tracteam has not been used, I was able to refund up to 6 months
