Suggest that you look at your own blog - https://www.jotform.com/blog/is-facetime-hipaa-compliant/

Hi Gabby, based on the author, you may use Facetime for telehealth even it is not HIPAA compliant.

"The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) clearly deemed it necessary to relax the rules to allow for much-needed telehealth capabilities nationwide. Providers won’t be penalized for using these services, even if they’re not fully HIPAA compliant, as long as they inform their patients about the potential privacy risks and protect sensitive patient information." I got this line from the Blog.

If you have further questions, you may click on the link to contact the Author directly.

    Thank you.
