We have developed several forms and would each to go to a unique email address. We do not want all submisisons for all forms to go to the same email address. For Example; the Registration Forms would be sent to the parish office email, the Survey form would go to the research administrator, the Web Page Update form would be sent to the Webmaster, etc.
How can this be done?

This can be done by adding different email addresses to the Notification emails.
