Submissions are recongized by the system. Even though we received payment via Paypal from registrations, it said incomplete payment on the jobform submission record.

Can you confirm if the payment was made right after someone is redirected to the Paypal Payment Page? Note that delays would caused this issue to happen. So far, sandbox method works for me, and I receive the notification and the submission is visible from the form submission page.
You can mark the payment as Complete from the Incomplete Payment section. If possible, kindly monitor your form and get back to us if the issue will happen again. I would also suggest re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
