Service Form - Customer information transfer into Square Invoice

I use a form for customers to request a service from me. Once I can get to them to service them, I then have to copy and paste customer information into a Square Invoice to process what all I did and charge them accordingly. Is there an integration to copy this information from JotForm into the customer fields of a Square invoice (Customer Name, Phone, email, etc.)?

Are you referring to transferring customer information to Square database? If that's the case, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer submission data to the Square database. You can only view the submissions on your form submissions page.

I feel this could go to your developers for a NEW function. I collect customer info like name, address, phone, email, etc. and it would be nice if that could auto 'export' and 'import' into Square as a customer/contact. Square has a way to import .csv files, now we just need JotForm to help figure the rest out!! Thanks for the reply. ~Jamie

Thank you for sharing the details of your request. However, please note that all of our payment integrations are only for processing payments. We can raise a feature request to our developers, but we cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented.

Instead, since you are mentioning that you can upload a .csv file to Square to upload your contacts/customers, you may want to download your submission data in .csv format and then use that to upload on your Square account.
