Does your product allow pre-filling information via an API? Also, does it support complex conditional situations?

Hi, we currently assessing different forms products and came across yours. Just wondering, does your product allow us to inject values to the form so that the user would not need to enter some of those info. E.g. a customer searches about a company with out tool, based on the search parameters like address, phone number, etc. are available. In the form, we want to inject those information so that clients don't need to type them in. Is this doable via a URL or through an API? 

Also would like to know if conditionals are support. By that I mean, based on the response, the user will be directed to a series of questions (flow) based on the previous response.
