Get Page URL (/edit) for email notification

I have set up the get page url widget into my forms. We have 2 users when filling out these forms (our staff then our client).

I am setting up email notification how do I get the general url for these to set up an email notification for our client to fill out the remainder after our staff finish completing? I spoke with someone previously when I was learning the system and that link no longer works. It would be one that contains the /edit portion?
