We are using Authorize.net and Authorize.net stated there is no SSL Certificate on the form which means the credit card numbers are not encrypted and are being transmitted whole over the internet - leaving it open to fraud! Also, the form is not working properly because the customers are not being charged.
If at all possible I would appreciate a very quick response. We are really on the line with our customers.

SSL forms are possible with Jotform. Yes, we do advise using this method when adding our payment tools, specially those gateway with credit card payment such as Auth.net. For SSL forms, check this guide: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form.
Your integration is working fine so I think that issue with customers not being charged has to do with the form security. Change it to SSL to fix that.
