Design and colors not working when published

Hello, I have tried to change the colours and design on my form, but when I published it, the default colours are used.

Could you please help me as I would like to use my own colours and design.

Is https://www.jotform.com/form/211793032621044 the form you're having trouble with? From what I can tell you set up a custom image theme for it and it looks like it's working to me. If it's a different form or something more specific could you please explain what you're trying to do so we can help you get it figured out.
