Restart approval flow on submission edit does not seem to be working

Hello,

I am trying to set up our approval workflow so that the approver may request edits to the submission, then upon resubmission, is sent another request for approval. I have "Restart Approval Flow on Submission Edit" enabled, but it doesn't seem to working. The approver is not notified upon resubmission, so as far as I can tell, the approval workflow is not restarted. What am I missing?

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! I just tested this out on one of my own forms and was unable to reproduce this issue. I just cleared your form cache in hopes that this will resolve the issue on your end. Can you please try disabling, and the re-enabling this setting on your form, and let us know whether this issue persists?

Additionally, can you please confirm that when the submission was edited, changes were actually made to the submission data prior to re-saving?

There were two issues with your flow:

1-Usage of 'Merge' element instead of 'Split'

2-No 'Edit Link' was added in none of the 6 'Send Email' elements used

Please see below steps on how to fix:

1-Replace 'Merge' elements with 'Split'

2-Add 'Edit Link' in Send Email element you would like

Lets test:

-Make a submission

-Edit and Flow Restarts
