Smart PDF Form upload not working

Hi,

I tried using your smart PDF form feature. However, when I try to upload my pdf it just seems to get stuck forever trying to upload it.

I even tried with a really simple pdf form that I created in jotform. I downloaded it to my computer then tried uploading to the smart pdf feature, but again same issue.

I also tried using the demo smart pdf, saving that down and reuploading and still it didn't work.

Are you able to please help?

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support! After performing a few tests here, I have been unable to reproduce this issue. I just cleared your form cache in hopes that this will resolve the issue on your end.

Can you please try this out once more, and let us know whether the issue you are experiencing persists?

Unfortunately the issue is still persisting. I can't get anything to upload to the smart pdf tool.

Please kindly advise any other possible remedies.

Could you try on another browser to see if it makes any difference? In addition, kindly send us the PDF file to our email: support@jotform.com with Append Ticket #3189339 as the subject line. We will also try it on our end.

I have tried on both chrome and microsoft edge browsers but I just can't get anything to upload.

I'd be grateful for any support in getting this working as the feature looks really powerful.

Thank you for the follow-up! I just downloaded this PDF, and was able to create a form by uploading the PDF without issue. If you are still having issue uploading this PDF, please try cloning the form that I was just able to create using this PDF.
