What do I do if the attachments are not downloading because they are over the 5MB when submitting the form? I have forms that go to different business' so they are specified to a certain email address. One business isn't able to view the attachments because they are over the 5MB limit? What can I do to work around this?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

As of now, your file upload field currently has what looks like a 10MB limit, so it should be able to accept and upload large files; however, it may take awhile.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

I've tried uploading more than 5MB file on my test form and was not able to get any error.

If the issue persists, please upload your file in either Google Drive or Dropbox and share to us the link to the file so we can download it and try it on our end.

The email address' that I specify an app to be sent to, still cannot open the attachments. I have removed the 5MB limit and they are still unable to open attachments they get a 404 error message?

Please help, they need access to those attachments ASAP.

    Thanks.
