Security Differences between Gold/Silver and Enterprise Plans

Good afternoon! What are the security differences between the Silver/Gold and Enterprise plans? We only need one user, so we would like to go with the Silver or Gold plans, but I want to ensure there aren't any security protections we would miss out on. I see HIPPA mentioned in the Silver and Gold plans, but I wasn't sure if that covered the entire form or only certain fields.
