Is anyone else having an issue with multiple recipients on conditional email settings receiving the forms by email?

Thank you for posting.
If possible, can you provide us more details about some submissions where one should have received an email but was not able to?
We'll wait for your response.

Hello, sorry for the delay in responding.
I have a few forms that have multiple recipients that are set under the conditions of the form.
When the forms are submitted only 1 recipient recieves them.

You have a lot of forms in your account. Can you please specify which one you are having problems with so we can inspect it and find out why it is happening?
We will await your response. Thanks!

Upon extensive testing, I found out that there is nothing wrong with the form nor our mail servers. I cloned your form on my account, changed the recipient addresses in the conditional notifications to my email addresses (I have 4 of them) and made multiple test submits.
So far, each submit I made successfully sent the notifications to my inbox(es). With that, I can conclude that the problem might be on your mail service provider.
Try checking your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folders for the missing emails. If you still can't find them, it might be that our mail servers were somehow blocked by yours. Add these domains and ip addresses on your mail server's whitelist:
Please let us know if these solutions help or not. We'll be awaiting your response.

I am having the same issue however i don't see it being the email server. The form i have setup has end users receiving their AutoResponse, but the Notification is not going to the user emails setup via conditional statements.
Everyone is on the same email server. The conditional email users tried the form as well and only the AutoResponse seem to work.
