Greetings and thank you in advance for your help.

I have created a form that I have embedded on our website, that can be found here,

    https://accountants20.com/client-registration-form/

However, the save for later option does not work, but when I look at the form here

    https://hipaa.jotform.com/211784891817064

it allows me to save it...

If you could be so kind to help fix this issue, that would be great.

    Thank you

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Could you please try embedding the form using the iFrame embed method?

    GUIDE: getting-the-form-iframe-code

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jovanne,

Thank you for your reply and feedback, I ended up doing as you suggested and using the iframe and that worrked. Thank you

But I wanted to ask you the link that is provided in the email to continue with the saved form leads to the jotform domain. Is it possible to have that link re-direct back to the form using our own domain?

Also, I am not sure if I should start another ticket, but I will ask you nonetheless about another issue I am having and that is the SMTP relay so we can have the from emails come from own own emails. However, I did follow the instructions, but running into an issue.

We currently use Google workspace to handle company emails, would you happen to have a direct link on how to correctly set the SMTP up for Google?

Thank you again for your help.

    Hello there,

Thank you for your follow-up! In regards to your request to have your Edit submission links redirect to your embedded form, rather than the standalone form, this is not currently possible out of the box, although you may be able to set this up by using the work-around provided by one of my colleagues here- https://www.jotform.com/answers/1722216-jotform-edit-submission-url-allow-submission-editing-embedded-in-our-website

As for your second question, I will be moving this inquiry to a new thread in order to avoid any confusion- https://www.jotform.com/answers/3192949-setting-up-smtp-for-gmail

Please check the thread linked above for our response to your second inquiry.

Please reach back out if any additional assistance is needed, and have a great day!
