My jotform won’t submit

    HI,

    It is the form labelled as Mandate.

    When clicking on submit it gives please wait for a split second but never moves beyond.

    I have cleared your form's cache and made a test submission, and it worked.

    It allows us to complete the form but when you press submit nothing happens

    Hi duchris,

    To confirm, did you embed the form somewhere else? If yes, could you kindly share with us your site URL where the form is embedded?

    In addition, would you allow us to do a test submission directly on your site where the form is embedded and/or on the form directly?

    It is just in a newsletter but we had the issue even before.

    I have tried to submit a submission on your form and was unable to recreate the issue.

    Could you also try to submit a test submission? Please let us know how it goes on your end.

    We have sent it to all our clients (200 individuals) the form does not submit.


    You can complete and then when you click submit it does nothing!
