Having trouble with integrations with Pipedrive.

    Need the form to show up as a file in the files folder in pipdrive.

    Also, there seems limited transfer field from jotform to pipedrive for example the owner of the form has to be chosen in the setting of the form. This doesn't work well for us because this is a form we are hoping that all of our salesman will be able to use. With that being said when the deal is created in pipedrive it will only show up for the salesman that was chosen in the setting of the form.

    We have a field in the form that allows the user to select the salesman. How can that field of data be used to assign the owner of the deal in pipedrive?


    Finally, in testing we sent links via emails to the different salesman's emails addresses. Not all received the email. So we cannot se who actually got the email and who didn't.


    We want to more forward with Jotfrom but if these issues cannot be resolved we will be forced to use another service.

    Can you please elaborate on this? Would you like the uploaded files to be saved in a certain folder in Pipedrive, or would you like the PDF copy of the entire submission to be saved within the Pipedrive folder?

    Please share a screenshot of the Pipedrive folder you are referring to.
