    Why aren't all fields in my form showing up when the answers are emailed to me?!?!

    I created an employee timsheet & made almost every question/field REQUIRED. Employees have said they completed them but when the answers are emailed to us I don't see most of their answers!! Help!

    It is most likely that your form script is getting in conflict with the script of your webpage where the form is embeded and that causes tha the answers of your form quetions do not appear. To avoid this kind of issues we recommend to re-embed the form using the iframe code at this time, here is how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iframe code

    If the issue still persists, kindly share with us the URL of the form you are having troubles with and we will further investigate.

    Thank you for the advice. I've done that (re-embedded our code) but the fields are still not all showing up when they're submitted & emailed to us.

    Hello snghillcountry,

    When you edit your form's notification, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification alert, any fields/question you add in your form will not be added automatically in your notification and needs to be added manually.

    If you check your notification email template, you will find out that you have only 8 questions there but your form has 15 fields. Maybe you have added few fields in your form after you have edited/added the "An Employee submitted a Time Report." text section in your notification email template.

    The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
