My form shows NO SUBMISSIONS but my inbox shows we have 19 Submissions

    Good evening,

    I opened my form tonight and was shocked to see that all previous submissions were missing and the form now shows "0" submissions. However, I have all of the submission emails up until 6:45 on June 29, 2021.

    When I try to search other forms, the form is present showing 19 submissions but I can't click on it.



    Please retrieve the information and advise.

    This form is not in your account, but in a different account with username "ku****assics".

    The screenshot that you have shared shows that the form is assigned to you. Please note that as an assigned user, you will only be able to see the submission data that you submitted.

    If you want to view all submissions, I would suggest you to please sign in to account "ku****assics".
