How can I get the title of the page

    Hi,

I have a form added to different job position pages. The aim is to get the page title in order to distinguish the different submissions.

Can you please let me know what options do we have for this?

    Hi,

You can edit the Page Title of the HTML page of your form from Settings>Form Settings>Page Title:

If you need to assign a different Page Title to each form added to diverse web pages, you might clone your form and assign a different Page Title to each one to distinguish the forms and their submissions.
    Hope this would help.

If you require further requests or if you mean something different, please let us know.

This is not what I need.

I have different pages where this form is added. On each page, I'm currently getting the URL of that page in order to distinguish the submissions. I want also to get the Title of that pages.

I'm using only one form and I don't want to duplicate it.

    Hi there!

I have a few questions so we can better assist you:

    1. When you said "I want also to get the Title of that pages", what exactly do you need? If you can give us samples such as screenshots, it'd help us look for a more appropriate solution
    2. Where are you viewing the submissions from? From JotFrom Inbox or Tables? We might be able to give you tips on how to filter out your submissions for a more specific viewing of data

We'll be waiting for your response.

I will need to get the H1 from the page as an extra field.

I see that data from the Google sheets integration.

What I need right now is to be able to get the title of the job position (here) and add it as a field in the form (preferable hidden one, as we currently get the URL of the page)
