My Form is not coming through when clients fill out form and email it back to me.

    H, I just received an inquiry from a prospective client who filled out my contact form but in her email the form is not showing up. Instead all it says is undefined. See screen shot attached. I have two forms in my jot account. The one I'm having an issue with is my "web inquiry" form. I sent a test on my end through my site filling out the form and received the same undefined message. When I logged into my jot form account the actual submissions are there. Not sure why the form is not appearing when the emails come through. I haven't had any issue up until now and I haven't made any changes to my settings.Thank you, Anabelle LaGuardia
