PDF with approval status and approval history

Hello,

I am trying to ensure that a pdf of my form is attached to notification emails and includes the Approval status and Approval history. I added these items in the pdf editor and have all the settings for each email notification set to include the pdf attachment, but when I test it the attachment does not include the Approval status and Approval history. This is on the "Clone of Final Grant Proposal Approval Form" workflow.
