My pay later is not working

    People are pressing it.... but it is not allowing it to go through on my form HELP!

    Can you please let us know what exactly is the problem? Are your users unable to complete the form? Do they get any error messages? Can they see the submit button? If possible, please share any screenshots that you think might be helpful. You can click here to see how to share images with us.

    Also, please have in mind that the pay later feature is not enabled on your form. You can enable it from the payment settings:

    Scroll down, and you will find Charge Customer Later under Additional Gateway Settings:

    Hi lorettabradfield,

    As it is a live payment form, it is not possible for us to do test submissions. Could you please elaborate on whether there is an error code? If yes, could you let us know what is the error code? If no, could you describe to us in detail the steps you have taken to reached the error?
