How do I get rid of the "Script Running" on my page that does not allow me to save?

Asked by mtrewitt on June 28, 2011 at 04:07 PM

This is the message I get:

Stop running this script?  A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.  If it continues to run, your computer might become unresponsive.

Help!  I can't do work or save my work.

I think your form is too large and causing Internet Explorer to stop the javascript since it takes too long time.

It might also happen because there is really a problem. Does it started happened after you added a particular question or changed an existing question? If that's the case, you might consider removing those questions. Conditions can also cause this problem. Especially if you have a condition loop.

If the form is too large, you might consider making it smaller or splitting it into multiple forms.

Hard to say anything without seeing the form.
