California Privacy Policy Act Question

Does JotForm comply with the California Privacy Policy act, and if so, where can I find the information that is collected and stored for this policy? Since a consumer has the right to request that a business disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses or sells, we want to be certain we can use this platform to send out forms/emails to our customers and client base.
