How can you apply a non-profit discount?

My name is Jordon and I work with a non-profit organization Youth with a Mission Kansas City. We would like to look into purchasing the Silver Package of Jot Form. I am aware there is a discount provided for non-profits and wanted to see how we can apply that with our account.
